General Terms of Sale :

Deposit procedure:
All deposit involve from the client-side the acceptance of conditions. The reservation will be confirmed by mail by Chefs & Talents. The deposit is valid after receipt of invoice/advance. The payment must reach us at the latest 72 hours prior to specified date. A failure of payment or confirmation of order within 3 days before lunch/dinner/ lesson, gives Chefs & Talents a right to cancel the order.

Cancellation and delay policy:
An event can be delayed or cancelled by the client only on the basis of a written request (e-mail or post) at least 72 hours in advance. Our service will be re-scheduled according to Chefs & Talents availability.
In case of a cancellation 72 hours in advance 100% of the amount is reimbursed, in case of cancellation in less than 72 hours prior to the venue, Chefs & Talents withhold 100% of the amount.
Chefs & Talents have authorization to postpone or cancel service in case of indisposition of one of the participant. If the postponement is not possible from clients’ side, Chefs & Talents will repay the whole sum.
In case of a delay or cancellation of the service caused by rent of the material from suppliers, penalties may be applied to suppliers according to GTS.

Prices:
Indicated on the web-site www.chefsettalents.com are in Euros VAT. VAT in France is of 19,6%.

Methods of payment:
Check valid in France, bank transfer, cash, and gift certificate. Payment by checks must be drew to Chefs et Talents, at following address: Chefs et Talents, 24 rue Jouffroy d’Abbans, 75017 Paris, with obligatory indication of the orders’ number on the back. If this number is not mentioned the order might be invalid or cancelled. In the last case your check will be return to you.

Force Majeure :
Chefs et Talents can withdraw their service or postpone it, if there’s an impossibility to assume it due to a force majeure (last-minute indisposition of the Chef, strike, blocked traffic, problems with Chefs et Talents installations).
